What services do FS Apprenticeships offer to mortgage brokers
FS Apprenticeships offer financial services firms the opportunity to upskill current staff or hire somebody in on apprenticeship to gain skills and knowledge on how best to market their business online and through social media. We are a training provider and offer bespoke financial services marketing training as well as a qualification. The training is currently done 1:1 with your employee and our trainer throughout the qualification period and we have a bespoke online learning platform so that the learner has the best experience and journey during their qualification.
This is a really great fit for firms who are not active with social or digital marketing, only dipping their toe in the water or outsource to a 3rd party but have no inside digital marketing knowledge so want somebody to own and get the best out of this relationship therefore better results from campaigns.

As an apprenticeship training provider, we offer the full training to the learner which allows the mortgage brokers to continue servicing clients whilst leads are generated by the learner utilising their newfound skills.
What is the cost and how does the government funding work?
At this present moment, the government is offering up to 100% funding for these apprenticeships now whereas the most an employer would pay is £600.
The course range between £5000 and £12000 so the maximum required from the employer would be £600 (5%)
There are currently cash incentives for employers taking on new apprentices up to £3000. Value depends on the age with greater grants for younger hires 16 – 18
