Iress have grown their presence since 2011 both through acquisitions and organically. Their software portfolio includes names that many brokers will be familiar with, such as MSO, Xplan Mortgage, Trigold, Lender Connect, and The Exchange, to name but a few!
You can not help but be impressed by their status across the globe.
We really like the concept of the Xplan client portal. The aim is to provide clients with the ability for secure communication efficiently and effectively with their broker including document exchange. If there are documents that need to be uploaded and authenticated, that can be done via the portal, using digital signatures both ways. There’s also the ability for a broker to personalise and brand the portal using a range of templates and website designs that they can then easily align with their own client portal and brand.
We also like the way Iress study the market and publish survey results. Since 2011 Iress has produced mortgage efficiency service reports taking a closer look at the market trends, lender views, and opinions shaping the industry, and how technology continues to underpin the evolution and growth of the UK mortgage market.
What services do Iress offer?
Brokers use Xplan Mortgage, Trigold, and The Exchange to source and give advice on mortgage products and protection.
